CNC Milling Capability

PTG Precision Engineers Ltd has an expansive range of CNC milling machinery and is well equipped to satisfy today’s exacting requirements.

This capability starts with the Industry standard two axis CNC milling bed type machines ranging through to multiple three axis machinery of the same design . This variable capacity progresses onto a section full of the latest full machining centres some of which are equipped with fourth axis capability .

The section is complimented by a two large capacity vertical machining centres and a full fourth axis capable Horizontal machining centre. The CNC milling section has a variety of support equipment such as its own metrology equipment and various pre-setting units to facilitate efficient tooling set up’s which in turn shortens machine pre production times.
