A modern day sub contract machining facility has an abundance of sophisticated high technology CNC machinery , however this plant must be supported by the provision of capacity on conventional machinery as required.

Certain components do not lend themselves to be machined by CNC methodology or they may have additional operations post CNC machining.

PTG Precision Engineers Ltd have a comprehensive selection of conventional machinery ranging from small lathes through to large milling machinery , radial drilling capacity , and a selection of vertical turret lathes capable of turning components in excess of 1.5 metres in diameter.
